1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Proxy service is non-functional or significantly degraded
  • Service does not match the purchased specification
  • Technical issues prevent normal usage

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after successful delivery
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Proxies that have been extensively used
  • Purchases older than 7 days

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review within 24-48 hours

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

5. Partial Refunds

6. Deposit Refunds

Account balance deposits are refundable within 30 days if no purchases have been made.
